Email list opt-ins. When you download the Lotus Boise Advertising Guide or subscribe through our website, we collect your first name and email address. We use this to deliver the guide and to send occasional advertising insights and content updates from Lotus Boise. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" or by contacting us directly. We do not send unsolicited commercial email. Your email address is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Chat widget interactions. Our website includes a live chat widget. When you use it, we may collect your name, email address, business name, the topic of your inquiry, and a transcript of the conversation. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and follow up about advertising services. Chat conversations are transmitted via Resend and processed through a Cloudflare Worker; the data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Lotus Boise Corp staff review submissions to respond to inquiries.

Usage data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard server data when you visit — including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used to monitor site performance and is not linked to personally identifiable information.

Analytics cookies and advertising pixels. We use Google Analytics (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use our site and to measure advertising performance. Google Analytics collects anonymized, aggregated data on pages visited, time on site, and traffic patterns. Microsoft Clarity records session activity — including mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling — to help us identify usability issues. The LinkedIn Insight Tag allows us to measure the effectiveness of LinkedIn advertising campaigns. The Meta Pixel (Facebook) tracks page views and, when you submit our contact form, a Lead conversion event. When you submit the form, your email address and phone number (if provided) are hashed using SHA-256 before being transmitted to Meta — we do not send plain-text contact details. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn, and Meta, you can opt out through your browser's cookie controls or through each platform's privacy settings.

How We Use Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic, Microsoft Clarity for session analytics, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure advertising performance. The Meta Pixel and Facebook Conversions API are used to track page views and contact form submissions for advertising measurement purposes. Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms. Chat widget submissions are processed through a Cloudflare Worker, stored in Cloudflare D1, and delivered via Resend. These services may process limited technical data (such as IP addresses) as part of delivering the site. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details.

Links on our site may point to external websites (station websites, lotusdigitalcorp.com). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Email Communications

If you have opted in to receive email communications from Lotus Boise, you may unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" or by contacting us at sales@lotusboise.com. We will process your request promptly. We do not use your email address for any purpose beyond what you opted in for.
