A Treasure Valley chiropractic clinic treating migraines, vertigo, and chronic neck pain · Radio and digital, launched May 2026

5–10 to 15+
Weekly leads, from campaign start to today (client-reported, July 2026)
88%
More website sessions on air days vs. off-air days (Media Driven Traffic attribution report, Jan–Jul 2026)
93%
More first-time visitors on air days — the campaign was finding people who didn't know the clinic yet (same report)

The situation

This isn't a quick-adjustment practice. Patients come in after years of migraines or vertigo, usually after trying everything else. That patient doesn't respond to a discount. They need to trust the person treating them, and trust takes explaining.

The clinic had steady web traffic. What it needed was leads the front desk could book.

What we did

The doctor voices his own radio spots, so the voice a patient hears on the radio is the voice they hear at their first visit. Digital keeps the same story in front of the same people between airings, targeted to adults in the Treasure Valley who are actively looking for relief.

What happened

At the start of the campaign the clinic was averaging 5 to 10 leads per week. Three months in, that average has moved to 15 or more (client-reported, July 2026).

The traffic data backs up where they came from. On days the clinic's ads aired, website sessions ran 88% higher than off-air days, 62 a day versus 33 (Media Driven Traffic attribution report, Jan–Jul 2026).

First-time visitors ran 93% higher on air days (same report). The campaign wasn't reminding people who already knew the clinic. It was finding people who didn't.

Direct traffic ran 59% higher on air days (same report). People heard the name and typed it in.

In the launch month, total site users nearly doubled, 812 to 1,617 (Google Analytics).

Why it's working

Nobody books a multi-thousand-dollar care plan off one ad. It works because the same message reaches the same person more than once, in two places, over time. The lead average has roughly doubled and the pattern is holding.
