A ribbon cutting that brought in over $30,000 in one day.
The situation
They were opening a new location and adding laser services. A grand opening only works once. If the room is empty that day, there's no second first impression, and the practice had a hard date to build toward.
The problem with this category is that nobody buys a cosmetic procedure on impulse. It takes weeks of thinking. So the campaign had to do two jobs at once: fill a single day, and warm up people who wouldn't be ready for months.
What we did
We built toward the date instead of just announcing it. Creative rotated as the opening got closer, so someone hearing it in week one and someone hearing it the day before got a different message. Radio ran across all four stations to cover the full adult audience in the Treasure Valley, with digital reinforcing it between airings.
What happened
On ribbon cutting day, the practice brought in more than $30,000 in new revenue (client-reported, June 2026).
Website sessions grew 274% from the first full month of the campaign to the month of the opening, 1,820 to 6,810 (Google Analytics).
Three quarters of the traffic the campaign drove in June were first-time visitors, people who had never been to the site before (Media Driven Traffic attribution report, Jan–Jul 2026).
Across the campaign, radio and digital drove more site traffic than Google search and direct traffic combined (same report).
Why it's working
The revenue number came on one day, but it wasn't built in one day. It came from five months of the same message reaching the same people until the date arrived and they had somewhere to go.
